To make weight loss smoothie is a blender and some basic ingredients like fresh fruits and vegetables.

Mango Smoothie 
Ingredients  : 
Mango cubes – ¼ cup
Mashed Avocado – ¼ cup
Mango juice – ½ cup
Fresh lime juice – 1tbsp
Vanilla flavoured yogurt – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Ice cubes – 6
Combine all above ingredients into the blender and process till it turns smooth. 


Blueberry Smoothie:
Ingredients  : 
Skim milk – 1 cup
Frozen berries – 1 cup
Organic flaxseed oil – 1 tbsp
Combine milk and frozen berries in a blender and churn for a minute. 

Apple Smoothie:
Ingredients  : 
Soy milk – ½ cup
Apple pie slice – 1 tbsp
Vanilla yogurt – 6oz
Apple – 1 medium sized peeled and chopped
Cashew butter – 2 tbsp
