Juicing for Weight Loss

Ingredients : 

Apple - 1 medium
Beet Root - 1 beet 
Carrots - 8 medium 
Celery - 2 stalk
Spinach - 3 cup



Directions : 

Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
