Weight lose diet tips

Tips to increase weight : 

Eliminate these three things from your diet for Weight Lose :


Baked goods : Don't eat any sweet or savory baked goods like cake, cookies, cupcakes, bread,etc. You also need to skip salty baked snack foods like pretzels, baked chips.

Fried foods : Fried foods are high in calories and high in salt. Donn't eat fish or meat that is breaded or fried.  No chicken nuggets, french fries, potato chips,etc.

High calorie drinks : Sweetened beverages are full of calories.  Drink water a lot and avoid  wine, beer and cocktails, sports drinks, sweetened teas, flavored coffee drinks, soda, and commercially flavored water
